As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at manuelbusetto.com. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at manuelbusetto.com, you agree to the terms set forth below along with manuelbusetto.com’s Privacy Policy.

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage if the goods delivered are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40$, or in case of a higher price, if you have only provided partial payment agreed under the terms of the contract. Return mail is otherwise free of charge. Goods that cannot be returned as packages will be picked up from your address.

Procedure if replacement is unavailable

In the unlikely event that the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable we will contact you immediately and, if possible, give an approximate delivery date or suggest alternate product options.

Shipping

Shipping delivery time

The delivery time for international standard packages is usually 10 working days.

Custom Fees

We deliver to more than 200+ countries worldwide and have local production in 11+ countries thanks to our network of more than 19+ print partners. 

This means that, while we strive to be as local as possible, we do sometimes fulfill and deliver cross-border orders when local production is not available.

Despite we produce 95% of your orders in the same country as where they are delivered, fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
